Byron Unseen

A documentary I filmed, edited, and produced exploring the hidden relationships between coastal, marine, and subtropical rainforest ecosystems through environmental storytelling. Filmed across Byron Bay, it follows migratory shorebirds, marine life, rainforest systems, and local voices to examine how tourism and human activity shape fragile ecosystems while highlighting storytelling as a tool for conservation.

I’m at my best when I’m learning from people, building something practical, and finding a path through ambiguity. That’s what drew me from competitive gymnastics into entrepreneurship—and why I continue to look for work where rigor, care, and momentum reinforce one another.

I’m at my best when I’m learning from people, building something practical, and finding a path through ambiguity. That’s what drew me from competitive gymnastics into entrepreneurship—and why I continue to look for work where rigor, care, and momentum reinforce one another.

Outside of finance and venture work, I care deeply about storytelling, fitness and nutrition, sustainability, and the outdoors. I’m a certified PADI Open Water Diver and CrossFit Trainer, and I recently produced a short documentary—an experience that strengthened my belief that thoughtful stories can make overlooked perspectives visible.
